Submitting a brief is an enquiry. It does not create a contract. An engagement begins only once you accept a written quotation and the studio confirms it with you directly.

Zoning sketches, mood images and other previews in this portal are illustrative. They are not to scale, not engineered, not approved by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) or any authority, and must not be used for construction, costing or submission.

Professional validation

Released drawings are prepared and checked by qualified architects and engineers. Local building bye-laws, setbacks, FAR and approvals are confirmed by licensed professionals for each project.

Payments

Online payment is not available in this portal. Payments are made offline as agreed with the studio, and are shown in your dashboard only after our team has verified receipt.
